How do I schedule a viewing?

What’s included in the price?

The rental fee includes:

  • Utilities (electricity, water, gas)

  • High-speed WiFi

  • Weekly cleaning of common areas

  • Dedicated support group for queries, concerns, or suggestions

  • Quarterly aircon servicing and maintenance

  • *The only additional cost is a one-time stamp duty fee after the Tenancy Agreement (TA) is signed. No hidden fees.


What is the minimum length of stay?

The minimum stay is 3 months as per URA regulations. However, we prefer leases of 6 months or longer. For stays shorter than 6 months, there may be additional fees to account for the quick turnover of room commodities, such as bed linen changes.

What commitment is needed (i.e. how to reserve a room)?

To confirm a room, a 1-month security deposit is required (we will stop marketing the room and reserve it for you). The first month's rent must be paid in advance before the handover of the room.

Will I get back my security deposit?

Absolutely! We will refund 100% of the security deposit once the room is reinstated to its move-in condition. If applicable, a standard cleaning fee could be deducted from the deposit upon moving out.

Is laundry free?

Yes, laundry facilities are complimentary and included in the rental fee.

Do I need to pay for maintanence?

Don't worry! If the aircon or any appliance has issues due to normal wear and tear (excluding apparent abuse), we will promptly send our maintenance team to resolve the problem.

Is cooking allowed?

Yes, cooking is allowed. We only ask tenants to be considerate of others by minimizing strong odors, keeping noise levels acceptable, ensuring safety is not compromised, and keeping the cooking area clean after each use.

What documents are needed for tenancy?

A scan of your passport, work pass, or NRIC is legally required to rent a room in Singapore.

Are visitors allowed?

Yes, visitors are welcome, but overnight stays are not permitted as per regulations.

Are there rooms available for couples?

Yes, we have rooms that can accommodate couples. Please contact us for more details.

Are pets allowed?

It depends on the unit. Please contact us to confirm whether pets are allowed in a specific unit.
